Compared with general mechanical parts, bearing parts are short and thin rotating surface bodies.  1. Precision machining

  The majority of the surface of the bearing parts must be ground. The grinding size and geometric accuracy are in μM. Especially the precision of the raceway and rolling element of the ring is higher, and it needs super-finishing or grinding.

  2. Multi-process processing

  Bearing parts have high requirements and production processes are bound to be many. General bearing production requires 20 to 40 procedures, more than 70 procedures.

  3. Molding

  The working surfaces of bearing parts are all rotating forming surfaces, which are suitable for processing by forming method. For example, the forging, rolling and turning of the ferrule raceway are processed with forming tools or anti-profile plates.

  In addition, most of the bearings are standardized products, and the bearings of the same type are in great demand. In order to improve productivity, reduce costs, ensure quality, widely adopt new technologies, and improve mechanization.

  With the level of automation, bearing companies generally produce large quantities in accordance with bearing models and varieties, and can even establish special automatic lines or assembly lines for production.
